Like most chefs and food enthusiasts my love for food began at a very young age. Food was always at the center of our family gatherings, coexisting with love, nurture and simply good fun.
My parents are wonderful hosts and have always enjoyed large gatherings weekly. It was in this preparation weekend after weekend that I began to develop a love for the satisfaction that comes from preparing a great meal and in-turn enjoying it with the ones you love.
As I grew older I shifted from the direction of my parents menu and began to cook and entertain on my own. Through this experimentation I began to look at ingredients differently, forging my curiosity in the ingredients individual potential.
I love food. I love to play with food, I love to eat food and I love the beauty in food, and most importantly the ability to create something memorable. It was this passion for food that lead me to Le Cordon Bleu where I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts.
I am enjoying the many facets of the food industry. As a Personal Chef, Cookbook Writer and Supper Club Host. I am on a constant endeavor to truly understand my craft and to grow as a chef. This website is a hub in which I can share what I am working on, as well as some of my favorite things to make.
